One of Washington’s Best Companies to Work for
Intelius, a leading information services provider, was selected as one of Washington’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work For, as awarded by Washington CEO.
The firm ranked 22nd and was on the medium-sized company category. The 100 companies honored by Washington CEO were chosen from the list of nonprofit, small-, medium-, and large-sized companies.
Naveen Jain, the founder and CEO of Intelius, said that they were thrilled that Washington CEO acknowledged and awarded them this prestigious honor — more so, since this award tantamounts to having selected by the Puget Sound Business Journal as Washington’s best workplaces. Intellius’ founder added that they continually uphold their workplace standards and that they do their best to have an efficient working environment where employees have the chance to succeed and enjoy working at the same time.
The judges for Washington’s top 100 best workplaces were made up of nine human resources professionals. They reviewed surveys from almost 20,000 employees from 308 companies in the state of Washington. The panel of judges then ranked the companies based on criteria including training, performance standards, responsibility, decision-making, work environment, leadership, benefits, hiring and corporate culture.
