Apollo House All Set to Provide World Class Commercial Space to Tenants

The construction of Apollo House that saw the developers investing a whopping £2 million is finally over. It now offers almost 14,000 new square feet of commercial space spread across six new office units.

This four-storey building is situated right next to Monkgate roundabout in Heqorth Green. It is managed by Prospect Business Centres, which is looking forward to transacting with smaller firms that would like to enter into short-term rental agreements, and avail the best of office space support simultaneously.

Three of the four storeys have complete office refurbishment and are already fully furnished and have the capacity for holding two to seventy office desks. According to reports, employment at the unit will rely mainly upon the telecom and IT support to the tenants which includes technical as well as electrical services.

Finance director of the group that has ownership of Prospect Business Centres, Andrew Walls, has said that the building is a major investment by the group, which in turn is focussed at expanding their business in the area. He also added that Apollo House will provide the tenants with top-class accommodation in addition to the best telecom and IT services.

The first floor of the building is presently unoccupied floor and it is about to be renovated in order to attract tenants by the end of this month and latest by the beginning of the next.
