Preparing to scare up some Halloween merriment this year with your friends and family? Here are some spooktacular themes to haunt your home for an eerily exquisite boo bash. Begin preparing your party early; it will take time and creativity to get all your ghosts in a row.Make sure you have a lot of halloween party food for your guests as well as halloween inspired cocktails and delicacies that are sure to make your friends go Boo!

Halloween Party Food

Halloween is a time to indulge in delicious goodies. Do not be fooled; Halloween goodies and recipes are more than just sweet trick-or-treating confections like candy corn. And it can be simple, festive, and just as spooky as your costume. We have all the creative cooking and baking points you want to whip up Halloween treats and treats from bloody beverages to ghostly goodies. You will want to present your Halloween treats in the best possible format.

Buy ‘creepy cloth’ in black and gray and use it to drape over furniture, pictures, mantels, chandeliers, etc. to create a look of a haunted house! It’s just cheesecloth specially colored and shredded, and you could likely create it yourself if you have the time and energy! Visit a Halloween store or online retail merchant to buy some effects like body parts, creatures, “Goretraits” (pictures that move when you walk past) and other fun Halloween items. Take out regular knick-knacks and replace with creepier decor, like a huge rubber insect peeking out from a pile of books, or a jar filled with eyeballs and green goo.

Former Senator Alfonse D’Amato, chairman of the Poker Players Alliance (PPA), the leading poker grassroots advocacy group with more than one million members nationwide and 20,000 in Washington, today released the following statement at the conclusion of oral arguments presented before the State Supreme Court in the case of Rousso v. State . Mr. Rousso believes the state law making individuals felons for playing playing online poker is unconstitutional. “The PPA is pleased that the Washington State Supreme Court agreed to hear this case, and today’s arguments have provided the court compelling reasons to reverse this ridiculous law. Washington is the only state in America that makes its citizens felons for enjoying a game of poker – even penny ante games – on their own computers in their own homes. This law is not about the legislature protecting the state’s citizens, but rather it is about protecting special interests and tribal poker online casinos from competition. In fact, a recent poll of Washington voters found that almost 80 percent of voters oppose this law. The court of public opinion has spoken and now the state Supreme Court must strike down this unconstitutional and invasive law. Hopefully, this unjust law does get overturned.

I swear, it seems like it happens every time: I sit down at a sit ‘n go, totally excited to have some fun, maybe win some cash, and then I spend the next few hours folding, folding, folding. After what seemed like an eternity, I noticed that the blinds were starting to hurt my stack, so I figured that it was time for a speculative poker online hand, and I started to look for an opportunity. The two players to my left were pretty passive, so I waited until I was in the dealer position and no one had raised around the table, so I limped in with my Jack-8 unsuited and prayed that the blinds wouldn’t raise. They didn’t, and the flop came out Queen-10-6. So close, and yet so far; I figured that it wasn’t worth paying to draw out on a gut-shot straight draw, so I was getting ready to fold when the table checked to me. I checked, the turn was a 9, and I had one opponent bet, trying to show the straight, with one other player calling his bluff. I reraised, got called, and my straight held out, almost tripling me up and giving me a big enough stack to take over the table. Spec hands don’t often win, but when they do, they tend to win big.

Since its inception, nearly 75 years ago the glass door has evolved into a door of many uses. The most popular being, of course, the residential bathroom shower. Although the glass door takes many shapes, none is more utilized today than the “frameless glass door”. This door carries the elegance of glass without the ugly steel frame that once was all the rage. Advances in the technology used to create glass have lead to the creation of some very beautiful as well as functional interior sliding glass doors. Some doors come with brass hinges and handles, some come with chrome, and still others come with polished nickel accents. No matter the hardware, the glass creates the elegance of the custom glass doors.
Since 1936, the glass door has evolved, taking many forms, like the revolving doors seen in many department stores or the sliding glass doors seen in many private homes. While many of these doors can be very elegant none of them compare to the elegance that is the frameless glass door. The ancient glass blowers of the Hellenistic period or those of ancient Egypt that utilized soda ash to create glass could never have imagined the beauty
In addition, elegance that the glassmakers of today have created, and skilled craftsman have used, to create the art that is the interior sliding glass doors.

Glass doors come in many variations, from clear glass to opaque to obscure. Some even have patterns derived from nature incorporated into their design. There are many companies throughout North America that specialize in the design and manufacturing of these beautiful doors. One company in New York claims to have the ability to incorporate a photograph supplied by the customer into any of their custom designs, the photograph ends up as an etching in the custom glass door. A company in New Hampshire will custom color any of their eight standard door designs while yet another in Seattle will deliver any of their custom frameless glass doors anywhere in the world.

When utilized as a shower door the frameless door opens up a room, it exposes the beautiful stone work or tile work in a master bathroom, it allows the sun to shine through and brighten up a small guest bathroom or it simply makes a small bathroom seem bigger by creating a more open concept and seamlessly incorporating the shower area into the rest of the bathroom. In addition, the lack of the old metal frame makes the doors easier to clean and it eliminates the area where soap scum as well as mold and mildew tend to form. The lack of a metal frame can, in some cases, make the doors easier to install, eliminating the need for some of the traditional hardware or additional tools it takes to install glass doors with a typical frame.

From clear to obscure glass doors have a timeless beauty and lasting elegance. The frameless glass door will add nothing but value to the home.

I am sure you have seen this happen to someone you know. Sometimes you can even hear them say things like “I guess I can spend a little less on groceries this month” or things in the same vein. Things like this make it crystal clear to anyone in listening range that this unfortunate fellow will betting money at the poker table that was allotted to other things. These kinds of statements make it very clear that this unfortunate person does not realize that gambling money should be fun money. Poker should be spare money, or fun money, that will not affect your financial bottom line in another area. The very beauty of poker online is the fact that it is unpredictable. This makes it fun, but hard to budget for. If you find that you are dipping into other areas of your life, then you need to seriously reconsider your bankroll. Try going down a stake or two so that you can afford your poker habit using only extra money. If necessary, you can even switch to free rolls for a while. Whatever you do, just don’t use the household budget for the poker table.

In a poker tournament, a player’s stack size is a good indication of how dangerous a player is. It’s not necessarily an indicator of how skilled a player is, but it is a great way to look into that player’s mindset.

Obviously, if the big stack knows how to use his chips, he’s dangerous, but the small stacks took a little more time to figure out. I used to think that the small stacks were the most vulnerable opponents at the poker table, because they had the least to lose. I figured that these guys were desperately hanging on to their chips in hopes of finally drawing a winning hand. In fact, the small stacks are dangerous players to try to bluff-these guys don’t have much to lose, and raising could easily result in a reraise as they push all in.

The average stacks are generally the safest guys to play against, because those guys can afford to fold their poker chips. They can make a solid laydown, whereas small stacks are pretty much pot-committed every time they bet, and a large stack can afford to call more bets than the average ones can. Target the average stacks, and steer clear of the big and small stacks unless you’ve got a premium hand.

Four to the flush The classic drawing online poker hand that is the first people see on the table. If there are two spades and the third spade comes, you can guarantee everybody is thinking, Flush Flush. If the poker online card doesn’t come, and you still bet, you can represent a real hand, while hoping that the flush does come through on the river if you don’t make it. With this hand you have nine outs. 2. Open ended straight Such as you hold 8 9 and the board has 6 7 or 7 10, etc. Less obvious for poker players to see on the board than the flush draw, but still relatively one people watch out for. With eight outs to come (filling in either side of the straight), you have enough equity to bet as if you aren’t drawing, as above, and work it when it doesn’t. 3. Double gutted draw Such as you hold 7 9 and the board reads 5 8 J. This is similar to the open ended draw in that you still have eight outs to make your straight. It is less obvious when you hit this draw, so can pay well when you do, but also makes it hard to continue bluffing when you miss.

It makes you stronger, faster, and all together better prepared to meet the challenges that life throws at you. Everything can be made better if you go into with an informed point of view. Everything that is, with the possible exception of poker. This may be hard to believe in our modern poker culture that advocates that everyone can be the next great thing, but it’s true. Studying can actually have a negative effect on your poker abilities. The problem with really hitting the books to improve your poker online game is that there is a strong tendency to over study. People get over confident in their book smarts and think that they should win just because they happened to read a guidebook or two. The worst part of this equation is that the studiers often become overly frustrated when they don’t instantly become millionaires. After all, they put all that time into learning the poker game- it should have some payoff. Poker does not work like that. There is no way to guarantee that you will win just because you read a certain book or follow a certain strategy guide. You need to remember that over studying can ruin your game, so keep things in perspective.

When you hold a strong pocket pair in a poker tournament, and a raise comes out ahead of you, how do you know what to do in response? Your stack size is an important factor. A short stack can shove all-in and a big stack can make a standard three-bet raise. If you stack is middle of the pack, then consider your position in relation to the raise.

If you are in early position behind the raiser, then a simple flat call is effective. A re-raise will chase away most other players, and when you’re holding A-A or K-K, you want at least one or two callers to chase the action. With a flat call, you don’t put a lot of chips at risk to see how the flop enhances or de-values your pocket pair.

Middle position response is a trickier situation to navigate. The best course of action may be to seize control of late position and re-raise the pot to chase away the other casino players behind you. This is true if you are in the big blind seat too since you will be out of position in all ensuing rounds, so by re-raising pre-flop you are taking control of the action pre-flop. If the table is loose, then calling the raise from the blind position can effectively mask your hand. You can let the loose poker players behind you do the betting if the flop hits your big pair or consists only of blanks that probably missed everyone.
